Hello,1. Can you send me, please, the feed URL from where you are importing content, so I can give it a try on my test blog? Also, please send me some screenshots of your current plugin config (including importing rule settings for this feed URL), so I can try to reproduce this issue. Like this, I will be able to check also on the post count issue.2. I limited the auto-running of the plugin to 1 hour minimum right now, to not allow users to over-use their server’s resources, and complain afterwards that the plugin is not working for them – with hour based running, I still have some similar cases, when people create 500+ importing rules, each running each hour, which drains their server’s resources and they come to me afterwards asking for help. If you know for sure that minute based running is fit for your server’s resources, I can implement minute based running in the plugin, just for you. I can make this feature available only for you (not to general public), because people don’t know how to use minute based running, and they will ask for support, when they over-used their server. I can make a payed custom plugin update for you, to add this feature to it, only for you, only on your server. Also, you will get plugin updates afterwards, as normal. Unfortunately, the plugin is not supporting the removing of the data you pointed out, it allows creation of RSS feeds only with full the data set for posts.
However, I noted this idea on my plugin update ideas list, will give it a try to implement for a future update for the plugin.

1. Please go to importing rule settings for the rule which imports from this specific RSS feed and check the ‘Skip Checking Feed Image’ and ‘Skip Checking OG:Image Meta’ checkboxes -> save settings -> import new posts. Let me know if did not work.
2. Well, currently there is no way to hide the author, when you use the ‘Post to RSS Rules’ plugin menu. Added to my update ideas list.
3. Usually yes, I am available for hire, but right now, I am fully booked with custom work for a long period of time, and I cannot take any more jobs in this period. Sorry for this.

Hello,The error message you that you get is related to a server configuration blocking access to my update server (from your server).Error: An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.This basically means that your hosting company is blocking requests to my servers (where the purchase code verification is located).So you will need to contact your hosting support team and ask them to disable mod_security (or at least the mod_security module that is blocking access to my server).Unfortunately, there is no other way around this issue and nothing can be done by the plugin, because the access is blocked by your server.Please mention to your hosting provider’s support that the site where my purchase verification script is located is http://wpinitiate.com/ with IP Address 192.185.5.205After they will allow access, purchase code verification will work from my plugins.Regards,Szabi – CodeRevolution.

I checked your site and I see this error in plugin logs:
“SpinRewriter” error response: stdClass Object ( [status] => ERROR [response] => Authentication failed. No user with this email address found.
The error can be see in the ‘Activity and Logging’ section of the plugin.
Please double check your credentials for SpinRewriter.

For $rule_unique_id you can set a random unique string.
Yes, if you uncheck the ‘Do Not Generate Inexistent Categories for New Posts:’ checkbox, the plugin will create new categories on your site. Yes, you can also set default categories that are already existing on you site, with the $default_category settings.
