February 29, 2020 at 5:54 am in reply to: Update post keeps loading the images #1187
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Can you explain to me, please, what do you mean by loading the images?
Do you mean that when the plugin refreshes posts, it is also re-importing the featured images? Let me know, please.
Sorry, but English is not my native language, I understand some expressions with more difficulty.

February 26, 2020 at 9:30 pm in reply to: Contentomatic dates on posts? #1184
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Right now, the plugin will set the current date when the posts will be generated, as the post publish date. Do you want to get another behavior from the plugin on this part, by setting other date value to post dates?

February 24, 2020 at 9:41 am in reply to: EventBrite error #1177
Hello,
I am happy to hear that it works. I will update the plugin menu so it is more suggestive and to make difference between organizer and organization event importing.
Right now, the plugin is not able to update already imported events, however, this is a good update idea, i noted this and will include it in future updates for the plugin.
What you can do, is set an ‘expiration date’ for imported events. They will be automatically deleted after they expired and the plugin will be able to reimport them. There should be plugin alternatives that can achieve this, i also have one, please check it here: https://codecanyon.net/item/kronos-automatic-post-expirator-plugin-for-wordpress/20418614

February 21, 2020 at 6:56 am in reply to: EventBrite error #1172
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
I tried this on my test blog, and for me, importing worked by setting the following in importing rule settings:
‘Organization/Organizer ID to Search Events For’ -> 29718605147
‘Search Type’ -> ‘Organizer ID’ (please be sure this is set correctly)
Also, please be sure that you are using the latest plugin version (v1.1.2.1). If not, please activate the plugin’s purchase code in it’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> go to WordPress’s ‘Plugins’ menu -> click ‘Check for updates’ for the plugin -> click ‘Update now’.
Let me know if this helped.

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
I tried to reproduce this issue on my test sites, but for me, installation of the plugin is working without issues. Can you tell me, please, in what environment are you getting this error? I need to know WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version. Also, can you create a testing environment for me, where I can log in and reproduce this issue?
Thank you.

February 14, 2020 at 6:21 am in reply to: Cannot import a post from top news to post #1149
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
The yellow diamond at rule running means that no new posts were imported at the rule running (but also no errors were encountered). If an error was encountered, a red X shows.
The yellow diamond appears usually in two cases:
1) if all available posts were already imported from for the specific rule. Posts will be imported automatically, at the schedule you set, if new content is available from the API, which is not already posted to your blog. In this case, you should wait a couple of hours or 1-2 days at max, to see if posts are getting imported automatically to your blog.
2) if no post is getting imported, you should check the ‘Posting Restrictions’ settings, in plugin’s ‘Main Settings’. These can prevent posts from getting imported. Please check the ‘Minimum Title Word Count’, Maximum Title Word Count’ , Minimum Content Word Count’ , Maximum Content Word Count’, ‘Banned Words List’, ‘Required Words List’, ‘Skip Posts That Do Not Have Images’ or ‘Skip Posts Older Than a Selected Date’ settings fields in ‘Main Settings’ – these may prevent posts from getting imported. Please clear them, save settings and rerun importing, to check if these were the ones preventing proper post importing.
3. Also, you should check on the ‘Search Query String’ settings field, from importing rule settings, because of this is too narrow (matches to few subjects), no content will be imported, because the ‘Top News to Posts’ plugin menu will import articles only which are top trending, from the last 24 hours. Because of this, the results that the ‘Top News to Posts’ menu generates are limited. If you wish to search for narrow keywords, I recommend switching to using the ‘Custom News to Posts’ plugin menu, which imports also older posts and has much broader result base.
Let me know if this helped.
Regards,
Szabi – CodeRevolution.
