    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    Since the Cambridge Analytica Scandal from last year, Facebook allows posting public content using their API only if you have a reviewed App for the publish_pages and manage_pages permissions. You must submit your Facebook app for review to the Facebook review team, and they need to approve it.     It seems that Instagram banned some IP addresses of which they knew that they are IPs of web servers. It seems that your web server’s IP address is also banned at them.
     
    So, if you can, please try the plugin on another server, or change the IP address of your current one. Another alternative would be using a proxy, in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field.
     
    If this is not possible, I can offer you a full refund for the plugin, because unfortunately, it is not working for you. I can also offer to exchange this plugin for another plugin that I have for sale from my portfolio: https://codecanyon.net/user/coderevolution/portfolio
    Please let me know if you managed to change the site’s IP or you wish to get a refund/plugin exchange.

    Have you checked the ‘Try to Get Full Article Content’ checkbox for importing rule settings, for these importing rules you created in the plugin settings?
    This should get the full content for these articles.
