Hi,
When I run the rule to pull in instagram posts it just shows the Red Cross in the WordPress admin and no posts are coming in to the front end.
It seems to be communicating with instagram as each time I run it I get a security check notice popping up on my instagram account.
Any help appreciated.

Hello,It seems that Instagram banned some IP addresses of which they knew that they are IPs of web servers. It seems that your web server’s IP address is also banned at them.So, if you can, please try the plugin on another server, or change the IP address of your current one. Another alternative would be using a proxy, in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field.If this is not possible, I can offer you a full refund for the plugin, because unfortunately, it is not working for you.
