First of all, thank you for your purchase.
1. If you do not create a separate page for the iframes, the effect will be the same. You can use them without issues, iframes are 100% safe and can be used anywhere on your site. However, I would recommend also having some own content on your site (not just exclusively iframes), because Google might not like seeing only iframes linking back to other sites. It needs also some own content, so it can rank it higher.
2. Once again, if you have also some genuine content on your site, which is not using any iframes, you will be good. But still, I recommend having at least 20-30% of the total content of your site to be unique and localized on your site (this for best results).
3. Some publishers limit the ability to add their pages to iframes (they are not allowing their pages to be added in iframes, to prevent functionality like my plugin offers – which displays their content on other sites). In these cases, the only solution is to skip these sources from importing, or leave it partially imported (as it might be currently on your site). If you want to get the full content copied to your site, in this case, you have to add the class or id of the HTML selector, so the plugin can understand the source page structure and get the correct content from it.

The yellow diamond means that ‘No New Posts Were Imported’.
This means that all posts were already imported (new posts will be imported when the source get’s updated with new entries).
In some plugins, you can check a rule settings (found in rule’s ‘Advanced settings’), named ‘Remember Last Posted Item And Continue Search From It’. Please check this checkbox (if the plugin you are using has it), and try running importing again.
If still no posts imported, please check query words (or other plugin settings), that could limit the number of posts returned.
Here you can check also settings like: ‘Maximum Title Word Count’, ‘Maximum Content Word Count’, ‘Minimum Title Word Count’, ‘Minimum Content Word Count’, ‘Banned Words List’ or ‘Required Words List’, which any could cause posts not being imported (skipped).
Also, you can check the plugin’s ‘Activity and Logging’ section, where you would see hints about posts being skipped because of one of the above settings.

Thank you for contacting me.
Currently, the only way to do this is by using this plugin I created: https://codecanyon.net/item/coderevolution-configuration-importexport-helper-plugin-for-wordpress/20541061 – this will allow you to create a sample importing rule which will be backed up to an editable file, which can be downloaded and edited locally on your computer (you can multiple rules in the file an just change the URL of blogs). Afterwards, this file can be uploaded to your site and importing rules will be applied to the plugin settings.

For the plugin to continue importing after it imported the first batch of 10 posts, please be sure to check the ‘Remember Last Posted Item And Continue Search From It‘ checkbox from importing rule settings.

Well, the thing is that the plugin will not do comments on the same post (meaning it will post to each post only once).
I checked and the RSS feed you are using contains only 12 articles. This will make the plugin post a maximum of 12 comments to it. If you want to get more comments from the plugin, I suggest that you create a custom feed which will contain more articles. You can use a free plugin to create RSS feeds, like this, for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-simple-rss/
