    Hello,

    Yes, this is possible.

    To do this, please uncheck the ‘Copy Images From Content Locally‘ checkbox from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu and save settings -> import new posts.

    • Login in your app: http://dev.twitter.com/apps
    • In the Settings tab, change the Application type to Read, Write and Access direct messages
    • In the Reset keys tab, press the Reset button, update the consumer key and secret in your application accordingly.

    It looks like that resetting the keys force the change to your application type to take effect.

    @avpinheiro – additionally to the above settings, please be sure to have the ‘Strip Featured Image From Generated Post Content’ checkbox checked in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings.

    Olá,

    Verifiquei os logs do plugin Twitomatic do seu site e parece que eles não estão mais permitindo envios automatizados.

    Verifique os logs do plugin, onde você verá:

    This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can’t complete this action right now. Please try again later.

    Para corrigir isso, crie um novo projeto no console da API do Twitter, adicione as novas credenciais da API nas configurações do plug-in e autorize a postagem novamente.

    Além disso, adicionei nas configurações de ‘Postagens no Twitter’ o seguinte:

    Maximum Post Count Per Time Interval: 1
    Maximum Post Count Interval (Minutes): 120

    Isso fará com que o plug-in poste no máximo 1 postagem no Twitter a cada 2 horas e fará com que o uso pareça menos automatizado.

    Olá, reconfigurei o plug-in usando as seguintes configurações para corrigir problemas de imagem duplicada:

     

    Skip Checking Feed Image: checked

    Skip Checking OG:Image Meta:checked

    Skip Checking Post Content Image: unchecked

    Don’t Use First Image From Content: unchecked

    1. Based on the description of this issue, this seems to be an image lazy loading issue. Please check this video for steps on how to solve this:

    2. Please be sure to uncheck the ‘Link Generated Post Titles To Source Articles’ checkbox from importing rule settings – because if you check this checkbox, the generated posts will link back to their original source and not your site.
