Please be sure to use the latest plugin version: v3.3.4
It seems that something is not right with the Facebook app you are currently using to connect the plugin to Facebook. Please create a new app, following this tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ibFQRcxXRs – please check the video starting from minute 30:40 in the video.
If this is not helping, please send me temporary admin login credentials to your site and I check on this issue.
