Yes, the Top New to Post  section only allows for keywords but no phrases, correct.

Keywords can be separated either by commas or spaces, both work. No punctuation marks are required.

The search query works by requiring at least one keyword to be matched, not all are required.

If you need to match phrases which are required to be in the text, you need to use quotes, example: “fuel prices”

The search is also a negative search feature:

Prepending a term with a hyphen will exclude posts matching that term. Eg, ‘pillow -sofa’ will return posts containing ‘pillow’ but not ‘sofa’.

To make the plugin use the same image (without copying it again and again), please use in the “Default Featured Image List” settings field the numeric ID of the attachment which is already copied to your WordPress site.

You can improve the scheduling accuracy of the plugin if you replace the wp_cron module of WordPress with a server side cron.

wp_cron is a default system WordPress uses to schedule tasks automatically, but it has a major flaw: it requires website visitors to access your page for it to function. Because of this, I recommend replacing it with server side cron. Please check details on how to do this, here: https://themeisle.com/blog/disable-wp-cron/

Regarding individual scheduling of rules, I noted your idea, but this is not possible at the moment. The only way is to create rules which don’t run at the same time (have different scheduling times). If you combine this with the server side cron replacement, it will run in a more precise way.

I just tried to scrape the site on my demo site and for me, it worked without issues, please check result: https://wpinitiate.com/crawlomatic-test/demoa8ec4344/

From the looks of the errors you added, it seems like an incompatibility with another plugin which is installed and active on your site. Some other plugin might load an older version of the same library which is used also by my plugin, causing this incompatibility.

So, to debug this, please try to deactivate other (similar) plugins one by one, which might cause this issue.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

1. To scrape always only the first 5 posts from a page, please go to importing rule settings in the plugin -> click ‘Settings’ for the rule you created -> add in the ‘Maximum Links To Crawl From Each URL’ settings field the value: 5  and save settings -> run importing again.

2. To strip content from this page, I used the below settings:

Content Query Type: Class

Content Query String: card

Strip HTML Elements by Class:
date,customer,story-sharing,contact-headline,contact-text,originator
