    Hello,

    I enabled detailed logging in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘Enable Detailed Logging’ checkbox and now the plugin displays the real issue in the ‘Activity and Logging’ menu:

    Exception thrown in Translator Exception: Failed to translate string, incorrect response 403 – { “error”: { “code”: 403, “message”: “User Rate Limit Exceeded”, “errors”: [ { “message”: “User Rate Limit Exceeded”, “domain”: “usageLimits”, “reason”: “userRateLimitExceeded” 

    This means that the Google Translator API key you are using in the ‘Main Settings’ menu is rate limited and it is not working. I removed it, now the plugin switched to using the free version of Google Translate and posting will work again, please check.

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    If you wish to use PhantomJS to parse JavaScript rendered content and scrape it using the plugin, please check if you have PhantomJS installed on your server. To check this, you can install this free plugin and write the “phantomjs” command in the console it creates: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpterm/ – if it is installed correctly, the above command should not generate an error.

    Also, please note that the usage of PhantomJS together with the plugin is optional, it is only needed if you wish to scrape JavaScript generated content. If you don’t need this, you can disabled it using the ‘Content Scraping Method To Use’ settings field to ‘WordPress’, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Np0Srhr.

    I updated HeadlessBrowserAPI, now it will correctly return an error when the requests failed and Crawlomatic will no longer post the error text, so this issue will not longer occur.

    I suspect that you have issues with the wp_cron system of your WordPress site (which is used to run the rules in the plugin by a schedule).

    Please try replacing wp_cron with server side cron. Please check details about how to do this, here: https://docs.wpwebelite.com/replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job/

    If you don’t know how to make this change, please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask for help on this request.
