    The ID parts are editable, you can change them to any value, to give the rules a name. If you duplicate rules, you will copy also their ID, which was 0 from the start.

    Editing the appearance of the chat form currently is possible only by customizing the looks of the form the plugin generates, using CSS. Please check here info on how to add CSS to your site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/

    The customization can also be done by a WordPress freelancer, who will also be able to customize the appearance of the chat form for you.

    You can solve this by setting noindex to posts from a specific category (and also adding this category to all posts created using the plugins).

    Regarding the category based editing, currently this is not possible, as the plugin supports only a single prompt for each category. However, I noted your suggestion, will think on a way to add this feature in an upcoming update for the plugin.

    2. You can select the custom post type in the ‘Generated Post Type’ settings field. You can add the custom category in the ‘Post Custom Taxonomies’ settings field.
