      I want to modify the design such as font size color and form width. where do i fix it? Or what about individual CSS elements?

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      Editing the appearance of the chat form currently is possible only by customizing the looks of the form the plugin generates, using CSS. Please check here info on how to add CSS to your site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/

      The customization can also be done by a WordPress freelancer, who will also be able to customize the appearance of the chat form for you.
