      Hi, I’ve installed the plugin and the headlines articles words appears eache one in uppercase. It’s a mistake in Italian: is it possibile to change them to lowercase?

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      If the title of the source articles are in upper case format, the plugin will import the titles as they are. Currently there is no feature of the plugin that allows you to replace upper case characters from inside of sentences to lower case. However, I added this to my update ideas list, will check on this more.

      Hi,

      Thanks for you answer.

      The source wasn’t in uppercase, as I explained that’s a mistake in Italian. Plese see the images attached to check it.

      The image 1 is about the home page and they’re uppercase. when I click on the news, the single page shows lowercase letter.

      Also, I’d like to ask if is it possibile to decide the dimension of the titles, as the title appears many time as cut instead the entire title.

      Interesting. Can you send me, please, temp admin login to your site so I can check on this?

      Regarding title word count, you can check in importing rule settings and modify the value of the ‘Limit Title Word Count’ settings field -> save settings -> import new posts.

      When I go to the RSS settings Limit title word count and I open the ?, it opens a pop up that says “to leave in blank the maximum word rule to disable”. If I leave in blank as done before, it remain the limit of 10 words instead to disable the rule. I attached the relative image.

      I logged in, thank you.

      It seems that you forgot to attach the files. Also, I checked an example feed on your site (rule ID 17) and the posts it creates seem to have correct title lengths (ex post id 121618 from your site). Please let me know how can I reproduce this issue.

      Also, I had amost 100 feeds and the system deleted almost everything…

      What about the uppercase letter? it remains the wrost problem…

      If possible, please send me a screen recording of how to reproduce the issue with titles, I am trying to find an article with capitalized words, but failed to get one. I searched: https://notizieh24.it/wp-admin/edit.php?coderevolution_post_source=Echo_2&post_type=post

      But none of the above titles contain only capitalized word titles.

      Regarding title length, once again, all the titles shown above are full length, let me know how can I see the title length issue also in action.

      The uppercase happens just in the home page, not in the relative page.

      Example:

      Dpcm Natale, Borges e le Faq per noi regnicoli. Scrive Celotto

      Echo 45

      https://notizieh24.it/wp-admin/post.php?post=124673&action=edit

      This news has uppercase in the homepage but the single page has lowercase letter, as you can see in the second image attached. Also, the same happens in the other news in the home (every news is with lowecase in the single page): same image attached.

      Hello,

      If the post is appearing with upper case only on the home page, this is not a plugin related issue, but a theme related issue.

      Unfortunately I don’t have any control over how your theme displays posts on the front page of your site. Please contact your theme’s support and ask them to fix this issue, they are the only ones that are able to fix this.
