      Wordpress can’ t update the plugin with error message “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

      The other plugins have been installed correctly.

      Is there a way to fix it?

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error is usually displayed by WordPress as a result of one of three things:

      1. There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading
      2. WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file
      3. An error being thrown by a plugin or script on your site

      I updated the zip file on my update folder storage, can you check, please, if the issue is solved now? Let me know.

      I have the same issue again.

      I have free space on my server hard driver and other plugin on my WordPress can be installed correctly.

      Hello,
      I tried to install and activate the plugin manually, and I get this error while activating it:

      Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

      Please enable curl PHP extension. Please contact your hosting provider’s support to help you in this matter.

      To fix this, please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them to enable the curl PHP extension. More info, here: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/how-to-enable-curl-in-php/

      it works 😀

      I enable curl php extension to my server and wordpress let me to activate plugin and update to last version (3.2.0.2).
