Slow Chatbot

      I have a chatbot at https://www.madtownlife.com/ that was working well but now is very slow and when looking at the activity log I’m getting the following logs:

      [18-Apr-2024 11:29:46 UTC] Retrying (1) API call after decode failure:
      [18-Apr-2024 11:29:48 UTC] Retrying (2) API call after decode failure:
      [18-Apr-2024 11:29:52 UTC] Retrying (3) API call after decode failure:
      [18-Apr-2024 11:29:58 UTC] Retrying (4) API call after decode failure:

      It hangs then after a while the chatbot replies. Prior it was quick to give response.
