      Hello,

      As previously mentioned the help guides for getting the <b>Token Request Authorization</b> are no longer relevant and not helpful.

      On the Rakuten website developer website there is no mention of subscriptions. I have created a new application the new applications Client ID and Client Secret I have generated a token, I have authorized the application. I have not seen any reference to <b>Token Request Authorization.</b>

      Please help, I want this to work!

      I have watched the videos repeatedly, but nothing in the video matches the Rakuten website. I believe they have updated their website since the video was produced.

      I get two log entries when trying different configuations and attempting to Authorize the app from my website:

      [23-Mar-2022 22:07:37 UTC] No valid access token found:
      [23-Mar-2022 22:09:01 UTC] “Rakuten API Credentials” failed to exec curl: {“error”:”server_error”,”error_description”:”Error when issuing the access token”}

      It seems that you try to get the API key from a different source or website, as the screenshot you added above does not look like the site from where I get the API key.

      Please check this site, it should be returning the API key you are searching, similarly as shown in the tutorial video of the plugin: https://developers.rakutenmarketing.com/subscribe/site/pages/subscriptions.jag

      This should be shown when accessing the above link and logging in to your Rakuten account:
