place the response from form in another page

      Form working well.  Is there a way to use a sortcode which would place the response generated fromt he form on another page, or a different place on the page using a shortcode?

      FORM
      FIELDS HERE

      SUBMIT BUTTON

      Answer generated

      ===

      Would like to know if there is a shortcode, or other way, to deliver just the response generated from form on a different page, or at a separate place on same page
