      Hello Team,

      Hope you are doing well!

      I have purchased Instamatic plugin for share wordpress product to my instagram account directly from wordpress dashboard. i have connect my instagram account using plugin and share post from wordpress but nothing is happened in my instagram account. from dashboard its showing message successfully done of post sharing but in my instagram account post is not arrived so please suggest me what can i do for that?

      It seems that Instagram banned some IP addresses of which they knew that they are IPs of web servers. It seems that your web server’s IP address is also banned at them.
       
      So, if you can, please try the plugin on another server, or change the IP address of your current one.
       
      If this is not possible, I can offer you a full refund for the plugin, because unfortunately, it is not working for you. I can also offer to exchange this plugin for another plugin that I have for sale from my portfolio: https://codecanyon.net/user/coderevolution/portfolio

      I understood issue.. currently i am not able to manage to change the IP of server. so can you please suggest me how can i get refund plugin.
