      Dear sir, the ai chatbot is great, but some time the answer will show the html code, like

        how to solve it

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      Please go to the ‘AI Chatbot’ menu of the plugin -> click on the ‘Settings’ tab -> check the ‘Enable Chatbot HTML Responses‘ checkbox -> save settings.
