Coupon Quetion

The other week you helped me get into WPBay successfully but I’ve got a very ill relative in the hospital and just now returning and confused about what to do with the code.

I’m still receiving update warnings from code canyon and would prefer to use them when I renew my support because my bank is not a fan of certain credit card companies so it will fail, cut off my card then I have to call them to approve the company and rerun the card.

I believe my license is lifetime but my support is limited, am I correct?

I read this at code canyon:

Hi, I am about to migrate to WPBay however I am noticing that the $59 is now only for a year after which I have to renew on an annual basis??? I purchased the plugin last year only because it was $59 one time payment for life. If you expect me to start now paying annually $59 for this plugin it is absolutely dishonest and unfair move!
So, as an existing customer who already paid $59 for a lifetime use on Envato, after the migration will I keep the lifetime use with no extra payment?

And if yes, please explain how exactly to do this migration as the video explanation is not available and on WPBay they are asking me to subscribe, which I am definitely NOT doing!

So it is somewhat confusing to me what I have to do and how to use the coupon. If I use WPBay and download it there, will WPBay run my card and do I have to type in my card #? Please Advise
