Can I refer to a difrrent page without changing the URL?

      Hello,

      If a user from a blocked country is entered my main page: http://www.mydomain.com.
      Is there a way to redirect him to other page in my website without him seeing that he is not at the root of my website?
      Can I keep him seeing only http://www.mydomain.com even the he click on my website Home button, or moving to any other page?
