Thanks for your help Szabi.

For others, here are the steps that was taken.

1. Szabi resetted the plugin

2. Had to enable Crons from Site Ground

3. Make sure I followed Siteground’s crons instructions.

4. Everything started working.

I am using a feed that sends multiple links. See below: Some links I would like to block from showing up but unable to do.
