First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Based on this error message, it seems that Amazon has blocked your website’s IP address from accessing its pages, because they detected scraping from your part.
To fix this, you need to add a rotating proxy, in the plugin’s ‘Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field.
This will use the proxies IP address instead of your server’s IP address when accessing Amazon pages.

Em primeiro lugar, obrigado pela sua compra.
Pela aparência deste problema, parece que a Amazon bloqueou o acesso do endereço IP do seu site às suas páginas, porque detectou web scraping de sua parte. Para corrigir isso, você precisa adicionar um proxy rotativo, no menu ‘Main Settings’ do plugin -> campo de configurações ‘Web Proxy Address List’. Isso usará o endereço IP do proxy ao acessar a Amazon e fará com que a raspagem funcione novamente.
Se você não tem acesso à API Amazon, não precisa do plugin Amazon Extension, pois não ajudará neste caso.

Hello,
I checked the settings of the plugin and you used the ‘gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct’ model in the chatbot, which does not support the function calling feature. I changed it now to gpt-4o, which is a recent model which supports also extensions. Please check this functionality using this model, as it should work now.
Also, to make the Amazon feature to work better, I recommend you add a rotating proxy IP address in the plugin’s ‘Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field, as your server’s IP address might be blacklisted on Amazon’s part and scraping might not work. A proxy will help prevent this from happening.

Twitter embeds are JavaScript rendered content. To scrape this type of content, you need a headless browser to be installed on your server (Puppeteer) and Crawlomatic set up to use it.
