    Yes, this is possible, you can auto index newly published posts. Please go to the plugin’s “Settings” menu -> “Embeddings” tab -> select the post types you want to auto index in the “Enable Embeddings Auto Indexing For Newly Published” settings field.

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    The content aware shortcodes cannot be used to reference specific posts (they can be used only to get data from the post which is viewed by the user when he interacts with the chatbot).

    To add specific data to the chatbot, you need to use embeddings, where you will be able to add your custom data from the specific posts. This data can be used by the chatbot. Please check this tutorial video for details:

    Regarding post creation, you can skip a post from being created if you add it’s title in the ‘Banned Words List’ settings field from the ‘Main Settings’ menu.
