Thank you for pointing out this issue, it will be fixed in the next update for the plugin, coming this week. Once rules are duplicated, they will not inherit the last run time from the original rule.

Well, this is the first time I hear this issue happening. Did you save rules from another page which was not refreshed and had no rules saved? Or did you have other users with access to your site who might have overwritten the rules you saved?

If neither this was the case, a website or database backup restoring operation from the hosting provider’s part might have happened. Or, a database corruption could have also caused this issue.

To prevent this from happening in the future, I can recommend a helper plugin which is able to save and restore rule settings (even between multiple sites). Please check it here: https://codecanyon.net/item/coderevolution-configuration-importexport-helper-plugin-for-wordpress/20541061
