    First of all, thank you for your purchase. 🙂

    This issue is caused by an old curl version on your server.

    Please do one of the following:

    – please go to plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> uncheck the ‘Use Custom SimplePie Instead of the Built-In One’ checkbox -> save settings -> check if this solved the issue.

    – if not, please contact your hosting provider’s support and tell them about this issue (tell them the exact error you are getting). They will be able to fix the issue by updating your curl version from your server.

    Hello,

    I found the source of the issue with the plugin on your server (the plugin was not working because of a server restriction you have active – flock function disabled).

    I updated the plugin, so it is not used any more, if it is disabled.

    As a result, after the update, the plugin is importing posts, please check.

    Hello,
    I just checked and it seems that Instagram banned some IP addresses of which they knew that they are IPs of web servers. It seems that your web server’s IP address is also banned at them.
    For example, for me, the plugin is still functional some of my servers, while on others, it gives the same error as for you.
    Unfortunately, the only option to fix this is to find a server where the plugin works (or to change IP addresses of servers where it does not work, until you manage to make it work…).
    If this is not possible, I can offer you a full refund for the plugin, because it is not working for you. As an alternative, I can also offer to exchange this plugin for another plugin that I have for sale from my portfolio: CodeRevolution – Portfolio | CodeCanyon
    Please let me know if you managed to change the site’s IP or you wish to get a refund/plugin exchange.

    Content that was already created can be edited only manually, or deleted and re-imported again.

    Unfortunately, this is the only way to bulk edit imported posts with similar changes.
