Can you check, please, if you are using the latest version of the plugin v1.3.5.1?
If not, please update the plugin to this version and check if the issue persists. You can update from WordPress’s ‘Plugins’ menu, after you register your purchase code in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’.

The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error is usually displayed by WordPress as a result of one of three things:
- There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading
- WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file
- An error being thrown by a plugin or script on your site
I updated the zip file on my update folder storage, can you check, please, if the issue is solved now? Let me know.

2. No, comma separated search is not possible. Please create multiple importing rules.
3. Yes, the plugin supports filtering by language or by country.
4. You should specifically select the author name from the dropdown and not set it to random – set it directly to the user you wish to assign created posts to.

The API method also works, however, you need to review your app using a very strict review process at Facebook, with lots of details. This restriction was introduced at Facebook after the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Since then, I added also the cookie method to simplify the usage of the plugin.

I checked filtering courses by category in the plugin on my test site, and for me, this feature seems to work correctly. Can you check, please, if you are using the latest plugin version: 1.0.2.2? If no, please update the plugin by registering your purchase code in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ and checking for updates for it from WordPress’s ‘Plugins’ menu. Please check if this solves this issue.
