    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    To add the link to the product into the ‘Offer URL’ field of Content Egg, you will need to use the ‘Post Custom Fields’ settings field from importing rule settings of the plugin.

    The value of this field should be something like this:

    content_egg_custom_field_slug =>%%item_url%%

    You will have to replace the content_egg_custom_field_slug  with the textual ID of the custom field which will store the offer URL of Content Egg. You can contact Content Egg’s support and ask them the ID of this field, you can tell them that you need the slug of that custom field, so you will be able to add content to it automatically.

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    I checked your site and the feed from where you tried to import content is responding very slowly (it takes over 18 seconds to load). The default timeout for feed reading in the plugin was 10 seconds.

    I updated it, added a new settings field in the ‘Main Settings’ plugin menu => ‘Feed Timeout’ here you can set the default timeout for feed reading. I set these 30, and the plugin is not able to import content from the feed you are using.

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    I am sorry for some of the older videos that I have for the Crawlomatic plugin, this is because I implemented the Crawlomatic plugin back in 2017 and since then, I am constantly working on it and making new updates for it and fixing bugs that my customers report. I also have a textual documentation of the plugin, please check it here: https://coderevolution.ro/docs/crawlomatic

    To be honest, I did not put accent on the textual documentation of the plugin, customers never asked for it before (yes, you are the first who does this 🙂 ) – I tried to create as many video tutorials as I could for the plugin, doing a new one for each feature I added to the plugin.

    Regarding the crawling of the sites you mentioned, the first requirement that I would like to point out is that for the plugin to have phantomjs or puppeteer installed on your site. I am not sure if you say this tutorial video that I created, which is showing how to install it on your server: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWuI1mdIHwA

    This is usually done by your hosting provider’s support, so I would suggest that you contact them and ask for help for the installation of phantomjs or puppeteer. These are “headless browsers” that the plugin can use to process pages that have also content that is loaded after the page is loaded, using JavaScript.

    If you don’t manage to do this, I can help with some more resources, depending on the server OS version you are using.
