    Please explain this issue in more detail, because currently I don’t fully understand what is happening in the plugin. Please provide some examples.

    Hello,

    I configured the plugin to create external products.
    Settings I used in the plugin:
    Post Custom Fields:
    _price => %%item_price%%, _product_url => %%item_url%%
     Post Custom Taxonomies:
    product_type => external

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    After you saved your changes in the plugin’s settings, you must publish your Privacy Policy or Terms of Service page for your changes to go live. After you saved your settings, please go to the ‘Publish Changes’ menu of the plugin and click the ‘Update Privacy Policy’ and ‘Update Terms of Service’ buttons to update the pages the plugin created.

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    The plugin can bulk import content from any RSS feed if you increase the ‘Max # Posts’ parameter from importing rule settings to a larger value. Please check this screenshot for help finding it: https://ibb.co/Hq0LvTJ

    Also, please note that the maximum number of items imported from a specific RSS feed is limited to the number of items it contains (all RSS feeds contain a specific number of feed items).

    Hello,

    The same license should work on subdomains also. From how this issue sounds it seems to be a connectivity issue.

    Your server cannot connect to my registration server from wpinitiate.com

    Please check if you have any firewall rules that prevent your server from making external connection to my server wpinitiate.com – if you are not sure, please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them to unblock outgoing connections for you.

    This is the default message of the plugin when it finds that wp_cron is disabled, however, if you set up a server side cron correctly, importing should work.

    The message is displayed because the plugin has no way to detect the external cron which is set up from the server, it can detect and report the status only of wp_cron.

    In your case, if you set up a server side cron, importing should work, so please disregard the message displayed by the plugin.

    If importing by a schedule is still not working, please send me temporary admin login credentials to your site and I check on this. My email is kisded@yahoo.com

    It seems that your WordPress installation has issues with scheduling using wp_cron. To fix this, please replace wp_cron with server side cron. Please check details about this, here: https://coderevolution.ro/knowledge-base/faq/how-to-replace-wp_cron-with-server-cron/

    If you don’t know how to make this change, please contact your hosting’s support and ask them for help with this issue.
