Yes, a different license must be purchase for all different sites you create.
Also, each site will benefit of the 500 API calls/day amount.

Hello,
WordAI API was changed recently and i needed to update the plugin to make it work with the changes from the spinner’s part. Please be sure you use the latest available version of the plugin.
Also, the new version of the WordAI API requires your email/username and API key (not account password), so please be sure to enter your api key instead of your account password in the plugin settings.

Thank you for contacting me.
1. A single license of the plugin can be used on a single website/domain.
2. The limit for calling the plugin is 500 api requests/day. However, a single API request can contain multiple posts, so the plugin can post many more posts daily than 500.
3. A single site/domain will be possible to be used with a single license. However, if you use a multisite WordPress install, you will be able to use it on all sites from the network.

Well, the plugin now send the uniqueness=3 URL parameter to the WordAI API. I think this should be checked with WordAI API support: https://wordai.com/contact
