Yes, it will fetch 10 videos each time you run it, just be sure to use a popular keyword query and check the ‘Cache Items For Continuous Posting’ checkbox (be sure to run it once more if you get a yellow symbol).
To not import the image of the video, please disable the ‘Auto Get Featured Image’ checkbox in rule settings -> save settings -> import new posts.

Yes, it can import articles with YouTube videos, however, it does not have a filter to import only articles with videos (when a video will be included in the full article, if you set up full article scraping correctly, the plugin will be able to scrape also YouTube videos from the content).

I checked your site and it seems that the RSS feed from where you try to import content in the Echo RSS plugin does not exist any more, please check: http://www.aircargonews.net/rss.xml
The page returns a 404 not found error.
I searched the site and I don’t see another available RSS feed, I think they no longer provide an RSS feed on this site.
