Hello,
I checked your site and it seems you did not configured the cookie credentials for your Facebook account (in the plugin settings).
Please follow the steps shown in this tutorial video to extract the values of the c_user and xs cookies from your Facebook account and add them to the plugin settings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzapShbFPNs
Afterwards, the plugin will be able to import content from Facebook to your WordPress site.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
It seems that there is a misunderstanding here on the concept of ‘channels’ from DailyMotion. On DM, they have the concept of channels more like video categories. Their channels are: news, shortfilms and so on.
To filter videos by users, please use the ‘Search Only Users’ settings field, from importing rule settings (not the ‘Channel ID’ settings field).

Importing of content from RSS feeds based on popularity is not currently possible. This is because RSS feeds are displaying always the latest news from websites.
If you wish to get news posts based on their popularity, I recommend you check also the Newsomatic plugin: https://1.envato.market/newsomatic

Hello,
Thank you for the deads-up on this issue, it seems that YouTube deactivated the caption service which was used by the plugin to scrape closed captions.
I need to look for alternatives now, to replace the old caption API with a new one (or wait a bit to see if it will be reactivated, because I did not find any info on its deactivation – so it might be a temporary down time).
Anyway, I will look into this.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
It seems that your theme is not compatible with the ‘Do Not Copy Featured Image Locally’ feature of the plugin, found in its ‘Main Settings’ menu. So, I recommend you keep that checkbox unchecked.
If you wish to get remote featured images for posts, there is an alternative, please check the “Enable ‘Featured Image from URL’ Integration” checkbox instead and install this free plugin: https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/featured-image-from-url/
This will solve the image issue from your website.

Hello,
I checked your site and saw that you have also enabled in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu MorgueFile royalty free image importing. Please note that at the moment, MorgueFile is not supporting filtering of images based on size and aspect ratio.
So, to get only image sizes which you need, please disable the usage of MorgueFile, by removing your API credentials from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘MorgueFile App ID’ and ‘MorgueFile App Secret’ settings fields.
