First of all, thank you for your purchase.
You can import multilingual posts using also another plugin, which will make your site multilingual, like WPML. Please check this tutorial video for info on how you can assign languages to posts using WPML: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7we65tkDOI
Also, to scrape the same link multiple times, you have to disable duplicate checking in the plugin. You can do this by checking the ‘Do Not Check For Duplicate Posts’ checkbox in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu or by checking the ‘Check Duplicate Posts By Title Instead of Source URL’ checkbox from the same plugin menu.

1. and 2. To fix this, please use the following settings in the plugin (for the CoinTelegraph importing rule):
Full Content Query Type:
ClassSearch Query String:
post-content3. Links cannot be automatically changed to links from your site, because the links would not always be present also on your site and most of them would return 404 not found errors. To remove links, please check the ‘Strip Links From Post Content’ checkbox from importing rule settings.
4. By default the plugin uses the free version of the Google Translate API. To enable this, please remove the ‘Google Translator API Key’ from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’. Also, source language needs to be set to English, while Translation language to Russian.

I am sorry for the caused confusion, ContextualWebSearch changed its API plans recently, they don’t offer the 10000/month free plan any more, but instead, the 100/day plan.
However, please note that the Panopticon plugin was updated and it is able to handle also comma separated list of multiple API keys in the ‘ContextualWebSearch API Keys’ settings field from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu. Like this, you will be able to enter API keys from multiple accounts and increase this quota limit. The plugin will select a random API key from the key list you entered at each run.
I noted also to redo the tutorial video for the Panopticon plugin, to show the new API request count of the new plan. I hope this info helped.

I checked the feeds you linked and it seems that these 3 feeds contain very similar content, articles are published to them with very slight differences. Example:
Virtus Group announces partnership with Datar Cancer Genetics for personalized precision oncology solutions in Kuwait (from ArabNewswire)
Virtus Group announces partnership with Datar Cancer Genetics to offer personalized precision oncology solutions in Kuwait (from EuropeNewswire)
The differences are highlighted in bold above.
I suggest you import content only from one of these 3 feeds, because they all 3 offer the same content and it is not helpful to have duplicate content posted on your site.

Currently, the plugin is limited to a minimum of 1 hour rule running period. This limitation is to not allow users to overuse their server’s resources and contact me afterwards complaining that the plugin is not working. 🙂
