I checked your site and found 2 problems.
The first one is that posts were not being created with links pointing back to TicketMaster, they were containing only the textual part of the event descriptions. To fix this, I added in the ‘Generated Post Content’ settings field for all rules you created in the plugin, the following:
%%item_content%%<br/><br/>Get tickets for this event on: <a href=’%%item_url%%’ target=’_blank’>TicketMaster</a>.
Now created posts will contain also a link going to the TicketMaster sites.
The other issue I found is that the links generated by the plugin are not affiliate links, but plain links pointing directly to the event. This suggests that the API key you created is not set up correctly. Please follow the first part of this tutorial video, where I show how to create your TicketMaster API key to get also affiliate links in the plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sm5uvmwJaQ0 (starting from minute 0:50 from this video). Please be sure to select ‘Impact Radius’ when selecting the ‘TicketMaster Affiliate IDs’ settings field (shown in minute 1:09 in the video). Also, be sure to add your Impact Radius Affiliate ID in the settings. You might need to create a new API account to do this, if you haven’t done this already.

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly, however, I try to respond in 2 possible ways, please pick the answer you need.
1. If you wish to change the length of post excerpts of the articles created by the plugin, you can do this by editing the ‘Excerpt Word Count’ settings field from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu. Here you can also disable the automatic excerpt creation and leave WordPress to automatically create post excerpts, if you check the ‘Disable Automatic Excerpt Generation’ checkbox -> save settings. Please note that this change will be applied only to newly generated posts.
2. If you wish to change the length of the post content which is imported into posts, you can do this by editing the ‘Limit Article Word Count’ settings field from importing rule settings, for each rule.
Also, to be sure the content is correctly shared to social media (as you mentioned in your question), please be sure to install a SEO plugin like Yoast or All In One SEO, which will create the required meta tags for social sharing (you might be able to set content length for social sharing also from the SEO plugin’s settings).

The plugin will automatically post to Pinterest all posts which are published to your site.
It will not automatically post existing posts to Pinterest on its own.
To publish also existing posts from your site to Pinterest, you need to use a plugin to republish existing posts. Please install and set up this free plugin, it will republish old posts on your site and the Pinterestomatic plugin will also post the republished posts to Pinterest: https://wordpress.org/plugins/republish-old-posts/
