    Hello,

    Thank you for the login info. I checked this in detail and indeed, eBay API does not return results correctly for eBay UK, when category IDs are used for item filtering. I created a support ticket on eBay Developer forum, I hope they will get back with a solution for this soon: https://forums.developer.ebay.com/questions/48203/ebay-browse-api-search-endpoint-not-returning-corr.html

    There were also other developers who faced similar issues recently: https://forums.developer.ebay.com/questions/46578/search-in-categories-category-ids-does-not-work-si.html

    I am sorry for this issue, I hope it will be solved soon, if not, I will be able to offer a refund for the plugin if you decide you no longer want to use it.

    Well, sorry but I am not aware of a shared API key, as it is impossible to limit the access to the API key so each person who purchased the shared key get equal part of it.

    So neither the free API key access will work. This is really hard to figure out.

    Really not sure how to handle this, I will ask around some friends, but still, I cannot promise a solution, as this is hardcore limited by Webz.io.

    Hello,

    Wow, that is indeed a high number for a year. Well, they started of as a free service back in 2017 and changed their pricing in 2021. I was not yet aware of their new pricing plans, sorry for this.

    The only solution I can come up is to use an account rotation of free plans, because I see that they offer a 10 day free plan for testing. You can try to create a new account every 10 days and switch the API key in the plugin with a new one. Not the best solution, I know, but it is the best I can come up right now.

    Unfortunately Google Translate made some changes in their algorithm recently and now they cannot seem to handle HTML code as well as before.

    However, the suggestions I made above should not remove all HTML tags, it should leave the following tags: <div><img><a><br> which are listed in the ‘Alllowed HTML Tags’ settings field, as shown above.

    Let me know if this is not working for you and all HTML is still removed and I will check on this. If this is the case, please send me an example post from your site which has all its HTML removed and I check its cause.
