No, unfortunately this is not possible, as YouTube blocks any scraping request which it detects.
Instead, what you can try, is to enter a comma separated list of multiple API keys in the plugin’s settings. Create each API key from a different Google account. The plugin will select a random API key each time it runs. This will split usage.

You can read all about this in the YouTube Data API – Quota and Compliance Audits documentation page.
Just make sure to click extension request at the top.

Sorry, but currently importing from a specific source based on category is not possible. What you can achieve is importing by keyword search from CNN.
I noted this idea, will think on a way to add this functionality in upcoming updates.

I tried on my part, I entered a large number of topics and created articles based on them, but I did not manage to reproduce this issue on my part, the plugin stopped processing when the topics were all processed. I am not sure what I miss, please check if this happens again on your part. If yes, send me temp admin login to your site and I check, my email is kisded@yahoo.com
Also, yes, if the “Auto Generate Post Title Based On Topics (Optional)” is blank, the plugin will use the titles imported from RSS or txt files.

Well, it is not yet possible to enforce links from a specific post, as the AI will select links automatically, based on keywords it selects. The issue is that it is not assured that the product part number will be selected as a keyword, because of this, the posts might not always get the link you expect. I noted this suggestion, will think on a way to provide a list of keywords which are “enforced”, for the post linker.

Based on what you described, it sounds like your hosting provider (or Plesk configuration) has imposed a hard limit on max_execution_time, and Plesk itself is enforcing that cap of 120 seconds.
Please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask if they have any hardcoded limit of max_execution_time from their part.
If they have, ask them to remove it for you.
