    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    If you wish to use PhantomJS to parse JavaScript rendered content and scrape it using the plugin, please check if you have PhantomJS installed on your server. To check this, you can install this free plugin and write the “phantomjs” command in the console it creates: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpterm/ – if it is installed correctly, the above command should not generate an error.

    Also, please note that the usage of PhantomJS together with the plugin is optional, it is only needed if you wish to scrape JavaScript generated content. If you don’t need this, you can disabled it using the ‘Content Scraping Method To Use’ settings field to ‘WordPress’, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Np0Srhr.

    I updated HeadlessBrowserAPI, now it will correctly return an error when the requests failed and Crawlomatic will no longer post the error text, so this issue will not longer occur.

    I suspect that you have issues with the wp_cron system of your WordPress site (which is used to run the rules in the plugin by a schedule).

    Please try replacing wp_cron with server side cron. Please check details about how to do this, here: https://docs.wpwebelite.com/replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job/

    I checked on the issue you encountered on your site with plugin activation and I fixed it and activated the plugin on your site. The issue was caused by a connectivity issue between servers, now the plugin is activated, please check.

    Yes, this is possible, for this, you need to create a file containing the URL list you wish to scrape and upload it to your server.

    Afterwards, you can start scraping from that specific URL list file.

    In this case, please be sure to uncheck the ‘Do Not Crawl External Links’ checkbox in importing rule settings, also set:

    Do Not Scrape Seed URL:
    checked

    Seed Page Crawling Query Type:
    Auto Detect
