Please wait for a period, to allow the cron to run on your website. After a period of time (max 24 hours, or based on how you set up the external cron), messages should appear in the ‘Logs & Translations’ menu of the plugin -> ‘ACtivity Logs’ tab.
Regards.

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Please go to the plugin’s ‘Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> enable the ‘Enable Detailed Logging for Rules’ settings field and save settings.
This will enable more logs to be displayed in the logging section and you should see details about each action the plugin does in the background. If after you enable this, you still don’t see anything in the logs, probably something is wrong with the server side cron you set up for your site.
I hope this info helps.

Hello,
Yes, this is possible, you can add the numeric IDs of Media Library entries to the rule settings, in the ‘Default Featured Image List’ settings field. This will be used for posts which don’t have featured images assigned.
I hope this helps.

April 25, 2025 at 12:23 pm in reply to: Variants not correctly scraped on Woocommerce + question #12031
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
1. This specific site did not use the default HTML structure for product variations, because of this, the variations were not able to be scraped. I updated the Crawlomatic plugin to v2.6.8, now it is able to extract variation data also from Rank Math SEO data structures from the scraped pages, now variation scraping will work for this shop URL, please check.
2. Yes, new products will also be imported from the sitemap.
3. Please send me an example Prestashop URL and I check on this if possible. You can send it to my email kisded@yahoo.com

April 25, 2025 at 8:38 am in reply to: plugin does not work with cloudflare #12030
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
CloudFlare has a limitation which prevents long execution times, for which, they always return a 524 error during processing.
Unfortunately, the default connection timeout for Cloudflare is set at 100 seconds. This implies that if you’re utilizing Cloudflare’s default plan and fail to receive all responses from OpenAI within the 100-second window, Cloudflare will reach its timeout limit, resulting in it fully stopping content creation. However, CloudFlare Enterprise users have the option to extend this timeout limit to 6000 seconds either through the Cloudflare API or by reaching out to customer service. Note that only CloudFlare’s Enterprise plan will allow this settings change.
So, if you are facing issues in your content creation workflow, one potential remedy could be to extend the connection timeout on Cloudflare (if this is possible in your case). Another approach could be to deactivate CloudFlare while you are using the Echo RSS plugin on your site for long content creation (which uses multiple API requests).Regards,

April 21, 2025 at 4:51 pm in reply to: Can’t add messages to thread while a run is active #12025
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Interesting issue, sounds like the run is still active on the thread when a new message is being added, which usually happens if multiple assistant calls are made at the same time or before the previous one finishes. However, this is interesting, as each chatbot should use a different thread ID.
Can you send me, please, temporary admin login credentials to your WordPress install, so I can check this issue out? Send it, please, to my email address: kisded@yahoo.com
Also, if you know how can I reproduce this issue, let me know, step by step.

April 18, 2025 at 6:59 am in reply to: 403 Forbidden #12016
Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
This seems to be a server config related issue.
So, to resolve this issue, I suggest you to contact you hosting support and ask them the following: they should check if your host has any mod_security settings that forbids sending of URL as POST parameters, or any other rule, that could forbid this to happen. If they find such a rule, ask them to remove it. Also, you could describe the issue you are having to them, maybe they know how to fix it. To describe your issue, you can tell them the following: “When I try to activate a WordPress plugin, I get a 403 forbidden error.”
If they do not find any such rule, maybe this behavior is because of another plugin you have installed on your WordPress installation, but let’s hope for now that contacting the hosting support team will solve this issue.
Hope this is solved soon.
