All videos uploaded via the YouTube API from unverified YouTube API projects created after 28 July 2020 will be restricted to private viewing mode (by default). To lift this restriction, each API project must undergo an audit to verify compliance with the Terms of Service. You can submit this form to ask for an audit and get public video upload rights: https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form

Regarding the videos which violated policies, please be sure to upload only videos which have a Creative Commons license, which will not be copyrighted. I checked the plugin logs on your site and I see that the plugin uploaded multiple videos, please check them:

The videos from above are private, as to upload public videos to YouTube, you need to get approval from YouTube, after a short review. Please check details here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhrv5RhKewA

Afterwards, I see that YouTube did not allow more videos to be uploaded, as your API key passed the maximum number of uploaded videos per day. Message is:

The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota

To improve this, I suggest you do the following:

– to increase the number of allowed uploaded videos per day, you should also do a quota increasing request, please fill this form (the same for as you need to submit for public video rights access) and ask for increased quota (you can ask for 10000 additional quota): https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form
