I logged in to your site and saw this message in logs:

OpenAI-Organization header should match organization for API key

The logs can be found in the plugin’s ‘Activity and Logging’ menu -> ‘Activity Logs’ tab.

To fix this, I removed the organization you entered (which was incorrect), in the plugin settings -> ‘Settings’ menu -> ‘API Keys’ tab -> ‘OpenAI Organization ID’ settings field. I cleared this field and left it blank.

Now review generation will work, please check. Let me know if this helped.

Regarding the pdf uploading, do you want to upload pdf files from the WordPress backend to give additional info to the AI, or do you want to allow users to upload their own pdf files and give additional knowledge to the AI? Please give more details on this.

Please go to the ‘Settings’ menu of the plugin -> ‘AI Images’ tab -> be sure to UNCheck the ‘Don’t Attempt To Translate AI Image Prompts To English’ switch -> save settings.

Regarding the scheduling issue, this is an issue with wp_cron on your server. To fix this, you need to replace wp_cron with server side cron.
To fix this, you will need to replace wp_cron with a server side cron. Please check this page for details on how to do this: https://themeisle.com/blog/disable-wp-cron/

You can see that your WordPress site is not running events automatically, all events are delayed here and on missed schedules for over 2 months: https://travelnurin.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=crontrol_admin_manage_page
If you don’t know how to make these changes, please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them to fix wp_cron for your server.

After this is fixed, the plugin will be able to run automatically without issues, as it is using the wp_cron system for the scheduling part, which will be replaced with the server side cron, which is much more trustworthy.
