Hello,
I checked your site and I saw this error from Stability.ai’s part (please check on this):
Invalid return code from API: 429 Error: insufficient_balance: Your organization does not have enough balance to request this action (need $0.0316457496, have $0.0150135 in active grants, $0 in balance).
Also, during my testing, I was able to generate a post, with title: “Mastering the Art of Digital First Impressions: Unleash Your Business Potential with Professional Web Design”
Also, please note that creating a single post takes around 3-5 minutes, as there are multiple API calls involved in the article creation, so post creation might take a bit longer than expected.

Hello,
Do the posts you created have a featured image assigned? If no, please send me the URL of a post and I check it.
I ask this, as if the plugin does not find an image on Unsplash, it will check other image sources also, like Pixabay, Google Images and Pexels for images and will grab them from where it finds a matching image.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Please be sure to uncheck the ‘Don’t Process Same Post Twice’ checkbox (+save settings) when you are running the ‘Existing Content Editor’ feature of the plugin, otherwise, the plugin will not be able to edit the content (if it was edited once before by the plugin). In this case, a yellow diamond will be shown as result.
Also, be sure to remove other filters from plugin settings, and leave only the ‘Post IDs’ settings field, set to the ID of the post you want to edit.

To solve this issue, you need to add your VISA card to your OpenAI account, this will allow much larger rate limits from their site, and they will no longer limit your account.
