Well, sorry, but I did not find a solution for this issue, it seems that BunnyCDN or the Madara FTP uploader plugin have an issue and they cannot store correctly the data on the FTP.
I suggest you try with an alternative FTP provider (not BunnyCDN), and check if the issue is solved.

Yes, this is normal, the plugin first copies all images from a chapter to your storage and it uploads the images from your storage to your FTP. After the upload is complete, it deletes the local images from your hosting.
I am trying to debug this issue since then, but I don’t have a solution yet, BunnyCDN seems to not recognize images based on their names, but I think more on this.

I checked and this seems to be a BunnyCDN issue. Steps to do to try to fix this:
1. Manually Purge the Directory Cache From BunnyCDN
From your BunnyCDN dashboard:Go to Pull Zones > Your Pull Zone > Cache > Purge Path
Enter:
/manga_687212efa3d6a/welcome-to-the-apocalyptic-world-chapter-1/
Click Purge
Wait a few seconds, then open in browser this link:
If it works, the issue is coming from BunnyCDN caching.
2. Enable ‘Serve Files Directly From Storage Zone’
Go to:
Pull Zone > Your Pull Zone > Storage Zone
Check (ENABLE) -> “Serve files directly from storage zone”
Save
This allows files uploaded via FTP to be directly served via CDN URLs.

Also, I recommend you lower the amount of rules which are running in the plugin, as BunnyCDN might have some rate limits and if you copy too much data in a short time to their servers, they might block the operations and your files will not be copied correctly.
I recommend that you decrease chapter count which are scraped at once and also set schedule to larger number (don’t autorun each rule after only 1 hour, increase these timeouts).

Yes, the links are added to posts as plain text, like http://www.deluxeapartments.it – they are not actual links in posts. Because of this, the plugin is importing them in textual form.
Currently they cannot be imported as clickable links, but I noted this idea, will think on it.Regards.
