    ChatGPT is not related to OpenAI GPT-4 API. You must be approved for gpt-4 on OpenAI API’s part, regardless if you have or not Plus subscription for ChatGPT.

    1. To generate also titles, please set the ‘Post Creation Mode’ settings fields in rules to ‘Topic Based’ and add the keywords in the ‘Auto Generate Post Title Based On Topics’ settings field. Tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXM82plug_A

    Hello,
    This issue appears when your OpenAI account does not have access to GPT-4 yet.
    To get access, you can sign up for the waitlist for it, using this method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k95YNlODae0
    Until you get approved, I suggest that you use the DaVinci or GPT-3.5 models.

    Ok, I will try to reproduce this also on my part. Can you do, please, a screen recording of this issue, so I can see what steps are you doing when this issue appears? As I was not able to reproduce it on my part. Also, please send me a link to your site, as the login URL might have been lost between other conversations.

    I suggest you experiment, do some prompt changes and AI model changes, I suggest you try using text-davinci-003, as it is more stable for creating articles.

    If you use gpt-3.5-turbo, it might be creating lower quality content, as it changes very often, while the text-davinci-003 model is more stable.

    From which source is this article imported? As I tested this on my part and I see that the %%item_source%% shortcode worked for me.

    This issue can happen if you are creating longer articles using the plugin in the ‘Title Based’ settings set in the ‘Post Creation Mode’ settings field.

    Please be sure to set the ‘Post Creation Mode’ to ‘Topic Based’, it will be able to create high quality long form articles. I made this settings change on your site, please create new articles and check on this if it helped. Tutorial video for this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXM82plug_A

    Hello,

    First of all, thank you for your purchase.

    I checked and this seems to be a really weird issue. Do you have any server side caching which might remember previous settings you added in the plugin? As I checked and the chatbot is getting the following name set to the AI: Stephanie Luman – however, in the settings of the chatbot I don’t see this name specified in any place.

    So, I highly suspect that this was a previous settings you added to the plugin on the ‘Marketing Manager’ page from your site. I suggest you delete the ‘Marketing Manager’ page and create a new page and add the chatbot to it, this might help clean up the cache and allow the plugin to get its updated settings.

    Also, contacting hosting support and asking about this might also help.
