      Hello,

      The “posts-to-instagram” tool is posting my photos with the wrong aspect ratio. Is there a way to post the photos at the original aspect ratio? This is possible when uploading them manually to instagram, as shown in the attached screenshot.

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      I also looked into this when I created the plugin, however, I did not find a way to upload images to Instagram and to keep their aspect ratio, as when I upload images using the Instagram API, they require the uploaded images to be in a fixed set of aspect ratios (and they deny the image upload if the image is not in the aspect ratio list which they require).

      I will try to contact Instagram support and ask them about this, however, I am not sure if they respond regarding this info. I will try to get more info on this, however, currently I don’t have a way to keep original aspect ratios, sorry for this.

      Hello Szabi,

      Thanks for looking into this. I can upload images with the original aspect ratio manually; perhaps this is a new feature? If you cannot resolve this issue, could I please have a refund?

      Hello,

      Please send me the link of an image you are uploading (for which the aspect ratio is changed) and I will check on this with the image you are also using. You can also attach it to a new response here.
