worked great on test site, times out on my on my actual site after purchase

Hello,
I tested the crawlomatic plugin with the site I am scraping for products that I sell from the vendor.
I got all the settings just right so that it worked well.
I purchased and installed the plugin on my own WordPress site and set it up.
It fails with a timeout error in the logs.
I signed up for the headless proxy to try those, since TOR browser uses a proxy it said in the documentation. Again it fails. I have tried all 3 of the headless api and same result. no idea what to do now.
On the test site I just used the regular WordPress setting to scrape. I could not use the visual selector because the page would open all distorted. With the headless api options, I can open visual selector but none of the body of the site shows up in the window, just the headers and footers.
