Great plugin.
Just two questions:
1. How do I get the wiki links to open in a new tab (or window) instead of sending my visitors away from my website permanently?
2. I get a “The image could not be loaded” message when I click on a thumbnail. How do I get it to open or remove that message (I don’t want my visitors to believe my site is broken)?
I’m looking forward to hear from you.
Henrik

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
1. You can open these links in a new tab, using this free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/open-external-links-in-a-new-window/
2. Can you send me, please, an URL example from your site, where I can check on this image issue? Thank you.
Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Hi Szabi,
Great advice with the plugin. It works like a charm.
It also (partly) solved the image issue. Now it actually opens (and in a separate tab), the only remaining problem is that the original tab still shows the “The image could not be loaded” message. Same as the previous screenshot. (I will PM a test page where you can see for yourself.)
Do you have a solution for this as well?
Thank you for a great plugin and stellar support.
Henrik

Do you happen to use any plugin called ‘Magnific Popup’ or ‘Magnific Gallery’? If yes, please try disabling these plugins and check if issue is solved. If you don’t have these plugin active, let me know.
Regards.

No sorry. I have neither of those.
The plugs I use, I also have on a number of other sites and they seem quite reliable.
But just to make sure, I have now gone through, and disabled, each and everyone of them to test for conflicts. The issue remains.
The theme is OceanWP, so nothing unusual.

Hello,
Can you send me, please, temporary admin login credentials to your WordPress install, so I can check on your current plugin settings? I want to copy your settings to my test blog, to check if this issue is appearing for me also, on another blog, or it is specific only to your site.
Send credentials, please, to my email address: kisded@yahoo.com.
Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

I’ve continued the troubleshooting and finally found the root to the conflict.
It appears that the Lightbox feature in the OceanWP theme was the trigger.
When I switched it off, everything appears to be fine.
No need to investigate further.
Thank you for your time.Keep up the great work.

I am happy to hear this, I noted it if I get over this issue again in the future. 🙂
If you enjoy the plugin, please give it a rating on CodeCanyon, it is really appreciated.
