      In this section, are the chats that take place without the user logging in not saved?
      Is there a way for me to view all conversations collectively, including those from users who logged in and those who didn’t?

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      The ‘User Conversation Manager’ will display conversations for both logged in and not logged in user chats.
