      there have a error message

      Failed to save statistics data: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

      how can I solve it

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      Based on your description, you need to increase the max_execution_time server settings, as this is stopping the plugin from execution, after a period of time.
      To do so, please increase the max_execution_time variable on your server to 90000. Tutorial on how to do this: https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-for-wordpress-site/

      Hello,

      After looking at the logs I can assume that this error appeared due to the limited MySQL server resources.

      Please contact your hosting provider’s support and tell them about this issues. They will probably suggest you to upgrade your current hosting plan, so the database will have more resources, so it will no longer return the error you encountered.

      This depends on your hosting provider, please contact their support ask details about what upgrades do they have for the server, which will increase also the MySQL server resources.
