Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. Posting to Twitter is a bit tricky, since Twitter changed its policy last year and added the 100$/month subscription (which grants full access to their API and will allow posting without being limited easily).

Please be sure to use ‘Twitter API Version to Use’ -> v2 (in “Main Settings” menu).
