Hello,
Need to ask a question about the Tuneomatic iTunes Affiliate generator plugin. Since I purchased the plugin, it has been working fine for me (sometimes I get repeated posts, but I can handled those).
My biggest question is about the setup with Apple. I’ve signed up and got approval to use their Affiliate program and I log onto my account almost everyday to see if there changes to the number of people observing post and possibly purchasing music.
It’s been about two months now and I don’t see much of a change. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong with the overall setup on the plugin and / or Apple Affiliate account.
I was wondering if you can assist me on understanding if everything is configured properly with the plugin. If you need to gain access to the admin portal of the site, please let me know and I can make arrangements. Again, thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Can you check, please, if you have been approved to the Apple Affiliate Program, in the AppleServices console from Partnerize. Please log in to your affiliate account here: https://appleservices-console.partnerize.com/v2/overview/overview
Click on the Apple icon from the top left part of the page -> click ‘Campaign Tracking’ -> click ‘Campaign’ under the Apple icon -> apply to the campaigns listed, be sure to have the status ‘Accepted’ for them.
Also, be sure to enter your Partnerize affiliate token in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘ iTunes Affiliate ID’ settings field.

Thank you for responding to my request. I logged into my Apple Partnerize account and checked everything what you stated. It seems to be in order. The Apple Service campaign is “APPROVED”, but when I clicked on the Apple Service Campaign link, I saw a lot of choices to choose on the different campaign commission services.
I’m guessing I need to go through the list and check each one I desire to participate in.
On the main settings of the plugin, I am wondering if the following would need to be filled as well: iTunes Campaign Identifier. When clicking on the blue question mark, it stated this field is mandatory as well. Is the Campaign Identifier the same as the services in my Apple Partnerize account?

Yes, you should check on the campaign commission services, this should help.
Also, the ‘iTunes Campaign Identifier’ is no longer mandatory, it is now optional, as iTunes changed its functionality recently, I need to update the plugin to change that text. It is now used only to identify campaigns with a friendly name, so you can know which campaign generated commissions.
Let me know if it started working and clicks are showing.

Have been checking for the past three weeks and it appears that there has been no change. I do see an increase of clicks (slight increase), but I am still wondering if my configurations are actually correct.
Also, wondering if there is a way for music posts not to be repeated. There are some posts that I delete when I automatically generate them, but they keep coming up. Wondering if there is a way for the deleted posts not to reappear again.
Wondering if you have any suggestions. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

This is indeed a really weird issue. If still no results are coming up after a long period of time, you might have to contact iTunes support and ask them about this, as something might be wrong on their part.
Regarding of filtering of posts, you can use the ‘Banned Words List’ settings field from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> it will make posts with certain keywords (comma separated list of keywords) in their title not be published any more on your site.
