Tranditional Chinese Support issue

Here are Tranditional Chinese Support issues :

Please add zh_TW or it didn’t work for internal links and sometimes when it works, it use English for linking while other texts in Chinese.

didn’t work for Chinese.

This is great plugin, I really want to use it in my language, Chinese, this will also open big market for this plugin.
