The Best Spinner Issues

Hello again,

I posted here some time ago regarding the problems I was having getting this plugin to contact The Best Spinner API/working.  The bug report was coming back with an authentication issue.  I contacted The Best Spinner support and spoke with their developer who is claiming the problem is not on their end.  I’ve done everything I can to resolve this from my end.  I’ve deactivated all plugins, switched themes, and contacted my host.  They believe there is a server issue that is causing the authentication problems. However after contacting my host and the fact that my host servers contact my theme for patches, it’s not a server issue on my end.  They also said you have not contacted them about a problem, but that’s because I initially thought I had purchased the wrong Spinner app..but I actually did.  If you guys could please determine whose server is not communicating properly that would be great.  I’ve been trying to get this resolved for a month at least.  Thanks so much.
